Mekorma Extends AP Automation Solutions to Invoice Processing

With the introduction of Mekorma Invoice Capture, they are extending their expertise to modernize the way Dynamics GP users process invoices.

Invoice Capture leverages Microsoft AI Builder and Power Automate to read, extract, and transfer invoice data from an email queue. The solution can process invoices sent as attachments or within the body of an email. This saves AP teams hours of manual work by automating invoice data extraction and entry into the ERP system.

Mekorma developed the invoice automation software in response to customer demand, but also to satisfy their own internal business needs. Once the data is in the ERP system, AP staff can validate the AI-extracted invoices in a specialized window and process with Dynamics GP workflow. Invoices can then go on to be paid with Mekorma AP payment software.
