Ora Goldman

Founder & CEO

Ora Goldman guides the culture and strategy of the company. She founded Mekorma in 1990 and has been leading ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys walking with her dogs, hanging out with her three kids, exploring how to relieve human and animal suffering, and living purposely with presence.

Jay Manley

Chief Evangelist

Jay leads a dedicated team in developing multi-ERP software solutions for Accounts Payable. He has served in sales, marketing, and consultative roles for over four decades, including 12 years at Microsoft. When off-duty, Jay is an accomplished pilot for the Civil Air Patrol. He also loves extreme snowmobiling, playing guitar in a band, and racing cars.

Mariano Gomez

Chief Technology Officer

Mariano oversees IT operations and research of emerging technologies. Prior to Mekorma, he served as Lead Software Architect and Consulting Manager in his native Colombia and South Florida. In his free time, he enjoys working with the Microsoft technical communities, going to basketball games with family, hiking, and traveling to foreign destinations.

Brian Roney

Director of Operations

Brian oversees support, services, and product engineering for Mekorma’s Dynamics GP-based products. Previously, he was a Microsoft software engineering manager for Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central. In his free time, he enjoys summers by the lake, woodworking projects, and watching his two daughters participate in their activities.

Adriaan Davel

Director of Product

Adriaan has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software development. He specializes in Microsoft Dynamics GP and solving business challenges with custom solutions. Beyond his working hours, he enjoys outdoor adventures, computer games, software experimentation, and a good meal with friends or strangers!
