Mekorma recommends customers who are currently on User ID or Checkbook Based security (Legacy Security) for Payables, US Payroll, and Canadian Payroll NOT to switch to the new Enhanced Task-based Security at this time as we continue our efforts to reach full parity with the features available in Legacy Security. We expect to deliver the necessary changes to reach parity throughout Winter 2018 and Spring 2019. Mekorma Enhanced Electronic Payments (MEEP) Utilities

MEEP utilities are necessary to install for Mekorma Enhanced Electronic Payments customers. Installing MEEP utilities automates the process of synchronizing the vendor master file (when changes are made in Microsoft Dynamics GP or by the Enhanced Electronic Payments service). The Utilities installer should be installed in a single computer (preferably, but not necessarily, the SQL server) and does not need GP to be installed in that computer.

Mekorma verifies licensing based on the End User’s 7-digit Microsoft Account number. If the MS Account Number is not entered on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Registration window, you will be prompted to enter the account number when generating new registration keys.
