Current Openings:

Technical Support Representative: 

​Currently the Support Department is seeking applicants for one full-time position that includes a competitive salary along with health care plan including medical, dental and vision, paid time off, 401k, and a quarterly bonus based on physical fitness goals.

Duties:

The support tech will report directly to the support department manager for on-going training, perform independent call queue monitoring and response, and frequently collaborate with fellow support team members to assist in the resolution of software and hardware problems related to Mekorma products. First line support and attendance of training sessions will be among the primary duties until proficiency is demonstrated in these and other areas, including fielding integration questions both setup and diagnostic. This is a 100% remote position once initial training is completed. The support tech will engage with partners and clients in direct phone, email, and web streaming meetings to problem-solve. He or she will maintain accurate, thorough and concise documentation of work performed using troubleshooting methodologies. Other duties may be assigned as required by the company. Some of these duties may be discontinued or re-assigned at the company’s discretion.

Requirements:

Effective communications skills, both written and verbal are highly valued in order to demonstrate firm grasp of technical concepts, to educate our partners and end-users on our products and to problem solve issues related to Mekorma software . A positive attitude is sought for success in team collaboration.

End-users and implementers of our products maintain high expectations of Mekorma's business software. In order to effectively assist in problem solving we seek the following traits including: patience, ability to actively listen, create detailed and accurate issue reports, maintain clear and respectful communication, and demonstrate an earnest desire to assist clients and partners. Ability to prioritize case work is needed in times of high case volume. The candidate that thrives in a team environment will be successful in this role.

  11. IT Helpdesk work that includes troubleshooting issues, network printers,remote apps

  12. Dexterity programming language experience

  13. Microsoft CRM Experience
