Generally, proposals are ready within 1 week after the request is submitted. Factors such as the complexity of the project or the availability of the requestor for clarification can affect the turn-around time for a proposal. Proposals for very large or complex projects may take longer.

Yes. The more information we have about the previous work the easier the project will be. Helpful information includes original specifications, user guides, test plans and source code.
For projects under $20,000 a 50% deposit is required. For larger projects a payment schedule will be negotiated on a per project basis.
The price of upgrading is quoted with the original project proposal. Most upgrades are priced at 25% of original project price (with a $650 minimum). The upgrade price is usually good for up to three years from project completion date.
Yes.
We write the test plan prior to the start of development. For smaller projects, the developer does the initial testing and the Quality Assurance team does final testing. Finally, the customer is involved with testing. For larger projects, testing may be done in stages prior to project completion. We encourage the client to be involved in this testing so customer feedback can be incorporated into the final product as it is being written.
