Mekorma released its first three products for Microsoft Dynamics GP in 1995. One of these products was Mekorma MICR which went on to become one of the most frequently used add-ins for Microsoft Dynamics GP. In 1996, Mekorma released several other successful add-ins, including Mass Billing, Enhanced Customer Statement and Project Profit Tracking. By 1998, three years after being launched, Mekorma released its ninth product, Credit Card Processing, and was voted the Partners Choice ISV of the Year.

In 2000 Mekorma was named Great Plains’ Global Developer of the Year. In 2000 Mekorma accepted an offer from Great Plains to acquire Mekorma's popular eBanking suite.

In 2002, Mekorma spun-off its popular Credit Card Advantage product into its own company: Nodus Technologies. In 2004 Mekorma was, once again, voted Partners Choice ISV.

Throughout its history, Mekorma has always created custom solutions. Some of these have been modifications to a Mekorma product, but many have been stand-alone customizations or customizations integrating an outside application with Microsoft Dynamics.

In 2006, Mekorma expanded its custom development department for Microsoft Dynamics GP. In 2009, Mekorma added Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and custom development
